在线三维几何量测量软件研究

摘    要:介绍了最近研制成功的依维柯汽车底盘潢梁在三维几何量微电脑测量系统的测量原理和测量软件。该系统采用相对测量原理建立三维测量坐标系,通过系统误差软补偿提高测量系统精度。并根据优化原理提出了三坐标测量中一种新的几何量误差计算方法,该方法通过模拟被测件装配过程,对相关几何量误差进行最优计算,使测量误检率大大降低,保证了在实际测量中最大程度地通过合格件。

Abstract:The measuring principle and the software of a computer-aided three-dimensional geometry measuring system used on the assembly line of an EVECO auto-car are presented. The relative measuring principle is used to create a three-dimensional coordinate system. In order to enhance measuring accuracy, system errors are compensated by the software. According to the optimum principle,a new kind of culculating method for geometric error is presented. In this method, the relative geometric error is optimized by imitating the assembly course of the measured workpiece, and the error rate of detection is greatly decreased.
