定期更换的机械产品寿命费用分析

针对定期更换的机械产品寿命周期费用问题，提出了罚函数的方法，有么表征由于产品没有工作到预期的寿命而引起的附加费用。采用两种基本形式的罚函数进行了详细的数学推导与论证，并用数值积分优化定其更换周期，使单位时间的费用达到最小值。

Life-Cost Analysis of Mechanical Products under Periodic Replacement

Aiming at the problem of life cycle cost of a mechanical product under periodic replacement,this paper proposes a method of penalty function which indicates the additional costs caused by the product not working to the predicted life. Two basic forms of penalty function are used to deduce the inference in detail. A numerical integral method is used to optimize the periodic replacement cycle and to minimize the unit time cost. The results are illustrated by examples.
