复杂多曲面数控粗加工方法

摘    要:结合开发国产化软件的实践,提出了一种复杂多曲面数控粗加工自动编程获得刀具轨迹的方法,并在CAD/CAM系统中得以实现。在自动编程中,系统将复杂多曲面当作一个整体,采用分层切削方法用一组等距平面分别与该复杂多曲面求交得到一组交线,重组交线得到在二维平面上的边界轮廓,对边界轮廓等距后找出可切削区域,然后采用行切加工方法获得曲面的刀具轨迹。这种方法实现了把复杂多曲面当作一个整体来加工的自动编程方法,使实

Abstract:To meet the needs for the development of CAD/CAM software, this paper proposes a method of automatically generating rough machining cutter locus for complicated multi surfaces and being realized in the CAD/CAM software.The system takes the complicated multi surfaces as a single surface. To machine the multi surfaces, a set of equidistant cutting planes are proposed, and intersecting boundaries are found for each cutting plane and offset to find the feasible cutting regions. Then the feasible cutting regions are machined with the line cutting method to obtain the desired surface shape. Similar to single surface machining, the method can obtain a continuous cutter locus for complicated multi surfaces and increase the machining efficiency.
