| 摘 要： | 刀具破损的突发性和危害性对刀具监测系统提出了快速报警的要求。本文对切削振动信号在车刀破损时的变化规律进行了实验考察,提出了用均值分量的偏移和高频分量的短时消失来监测车刀破损的方法,并在已建立的微机监测系统中获得了满意的试验结果。

| Abstract: | It is required for a cutting tool monitoring system to alarm rapidly because of the burst property and the harmfulness of the tool breakage. In this paper, the variation rule of the cutting vibration signals during tool fracture was experimentally investigated, and an approach to monitor tool breakage by the deviation of the average value component and the short duration disappearance of the high frequency component of the signal was proposed. By using microcomputer based monitoring system, some satisfactory test results were obtained. |
