主动式惯性作动器特性研究

摘    要:研究一种在主动式动力吸振器的基础上发展起来的主动式惯性作动器,它具有简化设计的优点,文中将自适应优化设计方法用于主动式惯性作动器,克服传统设计方法的若干缺陷,研究结果表明,采用本文方法设计的这种这动器在许多方面有其特点与优点,尤其是对各种类型的外扰,外扰的频带以及作动器内不同的对中弹簧刚度等都有较强的适应能力,达到有效减振的效果。

Abstract:Based on active vibration absorber, a kind of active inertial actuator which is easy to design is studied in the paper. The adaptive optimal method is used for designing such kind of actuator, which overcomes the shortcomings of the tranditional design methods. On the base of the deduction for the time series expression of actuator plant coupled system the characteristics of this new type of actuator is studied in model test. The results show several advantages of the actuator designed by the method, especially for the strong adaptabilities of different types and bandwidth of external excitations, and different centering spring stiffness in the actuator for effective vibration reductions.
