摘    要:在旋翼故障试验台上设置不同程度的变距拉杆关节轴承磨损故障,分别测量其引起的机体振动信号,通过频谱分析技术提取该类故障的机体振动特征。取故障信号频谱分量作为训练和测试样本,利用径向基神经网络的良好逼近能力,实现了仅用机体振动信号来识别变距拉杆关节轴承磨损程度,识别平均误差小于10%。该诊断方法简捷可行,为进一步开发旋翼状态监测与故障诊断系统提供技术基础。

Abstract:The worn rod ends of the pitch change link(PCL) in the main rotor system of the helicopter are diagnosed by using information from fuselage vibrations.Wear faults with different degrees in PCL rod ends are simulated on the test rig of the helicopter rotor.Fuselage vibration signals induced by faults are measured and processed by FFT to obtain fault features.Taking a part of frequency spectra as training and testing samples,the vibration signal is used to realize the diagnosis of the pitch-change-link rod end in the helicopter rotor system.It is based on a radial-basis-function neural network with high precisions and the forecasting error is less than 10%.Results show that the method is simple and provides a foundation for the development of the helicopter rotor diagnosing and monitoring system.
