智能PID调节器

摘    要:介绍一种智能化PID调节器,它以MCS-51系列的8031单片机为处理器,配合其他外围芯片(如RAM,EPROM,DAC和ADC等)构成。该调节器外部接口简单,实现了模拟量的直接输入和输出,可以方便地和各类模拟的检测和控制仪表相配合,组成不同的过程控制系统。调节器的于PID算法采用的是变速积分的PID位置算式,有效地消除了一般PID算法中出现的诸如快速性、积分饱和、振荡剧烈等问题,调节效果较好。本调节器操作方便、显示直观、工作可靠、精度高。本文介绍了该系统的硬件和软件的设计。

Abstract:introduces an intelligent PID regulator, which employS 8031 single-chip microcomputer as its processor and combines with other peripheral chips such.as RAM, EPROM,DAC M ADC etc.The interfsce of the regulator is so simple that it realizes analog in and out directly, it can fit many kinds of analog detecting and control instruments to COmpose different process control system.The PID algorithm in this regulator is the speedchanging integration PID scheme,it can solve the problems caused by the general PID algorithm, such as quickness,integral saturation and oscillatory occurence,and the regulating result is quite good Also the operation is simple, the display is winal, the reliability and the degree of accurcy are hagh,and it is believed to be used widely in the future.This paper contains both hardware and software design.
