摘    要:旋翼模型试验系统是开展直升机理论与技术研究、新机研制的最基本和最重要的试验设备。本文简介由南京航空学院研制的2米旋翼模型试验系统、它的设计思想和主要特点等。该系统主要用于开展直升机空气动力学、动力学和飞行力学等方面的试验研究,也可直接为直升机型号研制服务。其主要设计原则是满足试验要求、与现已有的风洞相匹配和满足可行性与灵活性要求等。 本文对旋翼模型、操纵与激振系统,动力、传动系统,测量系统,数据采集与处理系统,安全监控与报警系统,以及中央控制台与显示系统等的主要特点均作了简略叙述;还简要介绍了系统调试中的几个问题:温升、振动、天平标定及变距标定等。 系统调试完成之后,已成功地进行了几个典型的空气动力学与动力学试验。试验结果达到预定要求,表明该试验系统的研制是成功的。

Abstract:The rotor model test system is the basic and most important test facility for the research of helicopter theory and technology, and also for the development of a new helicopter. An advanced 2m rotor model test system was developed by Nanjing Aeronautical Institute. The design considerations and main characterisitics are introduced in this paper. The purpose of this facility is to carry out helicopter aerodynamic, dynamic, and flight mechanic experiments in hover and forward flight. It can be also used to support the helicopter design. The mam design principle is to satisfy the test requirements and to be compatible with the wind tunnel available for the study of feasibility and flexibility.The main characteristics of the rotor model, control and excitation system, power and transmission system, measurement system, data acquisition and processing system, safety and warning system, display system and master console are briefly described. The control of vibration, the calibration of rotor balance and blade pitch control, the control of bearing temperature rise during the adjustment phase are introduced. Several typical aerodynamic and dynamic tests were completed after the adjustment phase. The results fulfil the test requirements. It is shown that the development of the test system is successful.
