流体物性对离心力场热驱动影响的数值研究

摘    要:本文利用数值模拟,通过改变流体的密度、黏性系数以及导热系数等热物性参数随温度的变化规律,讨论了不同物性参数对循环小通道内热驱动运动及其换热效果的影响。研究结果表明:为了达到最佳的换热效果,循环小通道内流体应具有高体积膨胀系数、高密度、高定压比热、高导热系数、低动力粘度等特点。当封闭小通道内流体为液态工质时,密度对换热效果的影响最大,导热系数、定压比热和黏性系数的影响依次降低。当封闭小通道内流体为液态金属时,导热系数对换热效果的影响最大,密度、定压比热和黏性系数的影响依次降低。

Abstract:Numerical simulations are carried out to study the effects of the fluid thermal properties on the heat transfer of thermal driving.Density,thermal conductivity,specific heat C_P and viscosity are changed to investigate the heat transfer inside the loop small channel.Results show that the higher volume expandable coefficient,the higher density,the higher thermal conductivity and the lower viscosity of the fluid can result in the higher heat transfer coefficient.When the fluid inside the small channel is liquid,the heat transfer coefficient is more sensitive to the density,the effect of the thermal conductivity,the specific heat C_P and the viscosity is ordinal.When the fluid inside the small channel is liquid metal,the heat transfer coefficient is more sensitive to the thermal conductivity,the effect of the density,the specific heat C_P and the viscosity is ordinal.
