摘    要:本文考察了三维编织方法的发展历史及应用背景,针对不同的编织方法,研究了所产生的编织复合材料基本“单胞”结构,以及不同编织参数对复合材料构件基本力学性能的影响,着重比较研究了二步法及四步法所形成构件与层合板构件的结果。采用反射光弹技术考察了编织复合材料的孔边应力集中现象,得到了有益的结果。本文针对三维立体织物的特点,研究使用了RTM成型工艺,得到了较好的编织试验件。

Abstract:In the paper, the developing history and applying background of three dimen-sionally braiding composite materials are investigated. The basic "Unit Cell" structures of 3D braiding composite materials by various braiding processes and the effect of braiding processes on mechanical properties of integral structures are studied. The emphases are paid on the comparison of various braiding process, mainly two-step process and four-step process, with laminated composites. The photoelastic coating method is used to study the phenomenon of stress concentration around the hole in the 3D braiding composite materials. Some results are obtained. To consider the structural speciality of three dimensional textures, the normal temperature RTM technique is studied to model the test samples and high quantity samples are obtained.
