| 摘 要： | 研究群决策过程中五类不确定性偏好的集结方法.定义了五类不确定性偏好的一致性概念,通过引入上,下偏差变量建立起各类不确定性偏好信息的权重求解模型;针对残缺偏好的信息表达形式,基于一致性要求建立了残缺元素的插补模型;依据群体决策意见最大程度一致的目标,设计了一种专家赋权方法,进而提出了基于群体满意度最大的五类不确定性偏好的集结模型;考虑到政府基层组织评估的复杂性,案例应用本文方法研究了某地区基层政府的绩效评估.
