电脉冲除冰系统参数的合理选择

摘    要:目前,尽管可采用各种防(除)冰方法,但它们在需用能量及除冰性能上尚有不足之处。电脉冲除冰所需能量少、维护方便(无运动部件)、可靠性高、重量小及经济性好等方面大大优于现有的其他防(除)冰系统。本文介绍了电脉冲除冰系统的基本工作原理,分析了能量,电容和电压等电气参数、线圈的几何参数及蒙皮的材料等对除冰性能的影响。根据分析和实验室、冰风洞及飞行实验的资料,提出了有效除冰时各种參数的选择范围,以及提高性能的措施。

Abstract:To date,although several methods of de-icing or anti-icing are availiable, there are some unfavorable defects in energy requirements and de-icing performance. The Electro-Impulse De-icing (EIDI) system has superiority of removing icing with very low energy,minimal mainteance (no moving parts),great reliablity and weight and cost competitive over the existing ice protection methods. In this paper the basic principle of the EIDI system is described. The effects of electric parameters (energy,capacitance and voltage) geometrical parameters of coil and skin material on the de-icing performance are analyzed. According to theoretical analysis and the data in laboratory,icing tunnel and flight tests,the selected parameter area for effective de-icing is recommended. The measure to improve the performance is also presented.
