非正交曲线坐标湍流族流的数值模拟

摘    要:对锥形燃烧室的冷态流场进行了数值模拟,采用Thompson的非正交贴你坐标系统,用坐标变换的方法处理锥形燃烧室曲线壁面边界,用SIMPLE算法求解连续方程和N-S方程。亲流模型采用工程上常用的k-ε模型。还运用贴体坐标系统数值研究了不同旋流数和不同进口紊流动能对湍流旋流流动的影响,并与实验结果相比较获得较满意的结果,对新型燃烧室的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A body-fitted curvilinear coordinate system has been adopted for simulating numerically confined inert turbulent swirling flows in a conical combustor. This technique is based on a method of automatic numerical generation of a general curvilinear.coordinate system having some coordinate lines coincident with all boundaries of a region. When partial differential equations in Cartesian coordinates are transformed,they may then be made at the boundary with only grid points on the intersections of coordinate lines without the need for any interpolation between points of the grid,regardless of boundary shape. Then the application of a boundary-fitted grid system may produce more accurate results. The elliptic partial differential equation based on numerical coordinate transformation are developed for axisymmetric recirculating turbulent swirling flows. The SIMPLE algorithm which involves a series of guessing and correction operations for the coupling of pressure with velocity has been extended to the present body-fitted coordinate system. For simplifi canon of the calculation procedure computations are made for a simulated axisymmetric gradual expanding combustor with a swirler. Agreement between the predictions and experimental data shows this algorithm will be useful for modelling flow field in a complex geometric combustor to produce a conventient design tool.
