摘    要:Fuzzy控制已在工业过程控制中取得了一系列成功的应用,但在高精度数字伺服系统中的应用还未见报导。本文通过分析Fuzzy控制和PID控制各自的特点,将Fuzzy控制和PID控制有机结合起来,设计了一种新型的混合式智能调节器Fuzzy-PID控制器,它具有结构简单、抗干扰能力强,调整时间短等优点,可同时兼顾控制系统的动静态性能。笔者将该控制器应用于高精度数字伺服系统中取得了较好的效果。应用实例表明,该控制器具有良好的动静特性和一定的鲁棒性,而且控制算法简单,实现方便。

Abstract:Fuzzy control has been applied successfully to industrial process controls, but it is still limited in high precision digital servo systems. In this paper,a new kind of mixed intelligent conditioner Fuzzy-PID controller is designed by analysing the characteristics of the fuzzy and PID control and then combining them orgdnically. The controller features simple construction and strong ability to resist interferences. It can take account of both dynamic and static performances of the control system. The author has applied the controller to a high precision digital servo system and achieved good results. Applications have shown that better dynamic and static performances and robustness can be obtained by using the controller. It is simple in algorithm and easy to implement.
