| Abstract: | In this paper, it is confirmed by a series of observations and experiments that "Wai-Qi" can suppress the high voltage discharge. In addition,"Wai-Qi" increases the fluctuation of the indications of a Geiger counter and exposes the photoplate. We interpret these two phenomena as the suppression of the discharge due to "Wai-Qi" . |
