摘    要:采用实验的方法研究了夹芯混杂和分散混杂两种混杂方式的碳/玻(C/G)混杂纤维增强筋的拉伸性能,给出了实验件制作和实验过程,测定了不同混杂比例筋材的拉伸模量、强度和断裂伸长率。实验结果表明:模量符合混合率,强度存在两种破坏模式,断裂伸长率呈现混杂效应,夹芯混杂筋材性能总体高于分散混杂。同时探讨了拉伸性能的预测方法,结合实验数据对强度预测值进行了修正。本文的研究结果可用于混杂筋材的初步设计。

Abstract:The tensile properties of two kinds of hybrid C/G fiber reinforced plastic bars are experimentally investigated.The manufacture process to make specimens and the experimental procedures are given.The tensile modulus,the strength and the fracture elongation for various hybrid C/G fiber reinforced plastic bars are measured.Test results show that the mixed rule is suitable for the modulus predictions,two kinds of damage modes exist,the hybrid effect exists in the fracture elongation,and the overall property of sandwich hybrid C/G fiber reinforced plastic bars is superior to that of randomly hybrid C/G fiber reinforced plastic bars.The prediction method for the tensile property is also discussed.Based on test data,the formula for predicting the tensile strength is modified.Results are useful for the initial design of hybrid C/G fiber reinforced plastic bars.
