航天器金属热防护结构非灰体隔热层传热计算

摘    要:为了计算多层隔热结构(由多个反射屏和非灰体半透明纤维隔热层构成)中瞬时耦合辐射和传导的热传递,构建了多层隔热结构的瞬时耦舍辐射和传导热传递的数值模型,并且分别采用有限体积法和有限差分法求解能量方程和辐射传递方程(Radiative transfer equation,RTE),而光谱的散射和吸收系数以及相函数则由米(Mie)理论求得,从而在更广泛的范围内为金属热防护系统的隔热纤维材料提供了广阔的选择余地。

Numerical Simulation of Coupled Heat Transfer in Thermal Insulation with Non-Gray Media for Metallic Thermal Protection Systems

Abstract:The transient coupled radiative and conductive heat transfer in multilayer thermal insulation (MTI) consisted of non-gray semitransparent materials and reflective foils are investigated. The combined radiation and conduction heat transfer in MTI is modeled using the finite volume numerical method.The radiative transfer equation (RTE) is solved using the finite difference method.The spectral scattering and absorption coefficients as well as the phase function are determined using the Mie theory,thus providing a broader choice for fibrous insulation materials of the metallic thermal protection systems.
