电磁式作动器与受控结构的耦合特性研究

摘    要:本文分析了电磁式作动器与受控结构的耦合特性。以某典型电磁式作动器为例,建立了它与恒流输出功率放大器、恒压输出功率放大器配套使用时的数学模型,以及它与受控结构的耦合模型,研究了受控结构耦合作用下电磁式作动器的频率特性,计算结果与试验结果一致。另外,本文还推荐将恒流输出功率放大器与电磁式作动器配合使用。

Abstract:The paper analyses the coupling features between electromagnetic actuators and controlled structures. Firstly,it constructs the coupling models of controlled structures and actuators driven by the constant current power amplifiers (CCPA) and by the constant voltage ones ,respectively. It also points out that actuators with CCPA are perfect in reducing dimensions of coupling models. Secondly,the frequency response of electromagnetic actuators coupled with controlled structures are studied. Lastly,the test shows the existence of the coupling. The test results are in agreement with the calculation ones.
