在J2EE平台上开发电子政务系统的建模方法研究

摘    要:阐述了我国建立电子政务系统的必要性;针对电子政务系统的特点,把J2EE(Java2 platform enterprise edition)平台和UML(Unified modeling language)建模方法引入到电子政务系统的开发中,设计出J2EE平台上电子政务系统的构架;在指出传统建模方法不足的基础上,根据此构架.给出了如何采用UML和Rational Rose实现J2EE平台上开发电子政务系统的建模方法.并通过实例验证了该建模方法的可行性。研究表明:在J2EE平台上开发电子政务系统,采用UML作为建模语言、Rational Rose作为分析、设计工具,可以完成从系统分析到系统设计、编码的完整过渡,从而可开发出高质量、可复用、可扩展的电子政务系统。

Abstract:According to the development condition of E-Governance, the importance of implementing the e-Governance system is presented. Aimimg at the characters of the e-Governance system, J2EE(Java2 platform enterprise edition) platform and unified modeling language (UML) modeling method are used to develop the e-Governance system. An e-Governance system framework based on J2EE platform is designed. Then, aiming at the shortcomings of traditional modeling methods, the modeling method of how to model the e-Governance system on J2EE platform with unified modeling language (UML) and Rational Rose is presented according to the framework. And an instance is given to prove that this method is feasible. Result shows that developing the e-Governance system on J2EE platform with unified modeling language(UML) as a modeling language and Rational Rose as a system analysis and design tool can integrate system analyse, system design and program coding tightly. So the high quality, reusable and extensible e-Governance system can be developed.
