航空发动机简化实时模型仿真研究

摘    要:在航空发动机数控系统研制中,由于缺乏详细的发动机部件特性数据,建立精确的航空发动机部件级模型非常困难。本文根据某型发动机地面试车稳态数据和动态数据,建立了航空发动机简化数学模型。稳态模型采用插值算法,动态模型采用动态系数法。所建立的模型框架灵活,算法简单,具有实时性。开展了发动机从起动到最大状态的稳态仿真和动态仿真,结果表明模型的稳态误差小于1%,较好地满足了发动机数控系统早期半物理仿真的需求。

Abstract:In the preliminary design of aeroengine digital control systems, developing an accurate component level model for the aeroengine is very difficult due to the lack of detailed component characteristics. Based on the engine ground test data, a simplified engine mathematical model is developed with an interpolated algorithm and a transient coefficient method. The model has a flexible framework, and the relatively simple algorithm make it support the real-time simulation. Both the engine steady-state operation and transient operation are continuously simulated from start-up to maximum-state. It shows that the calculated steady-state error is less than 1%. The model meets the demands of the early semi-physical simulation for aeroengine digital control systems of the aeroengine.
