| 摘 要： | 以企业CIMS系统实施过程中营销管理系统的设计与开发的背景，分析了目前我国大，中型企业的经营管理式和在营销活动中普遍存在的问题。提出了一种基于WEB的企业营销解决方案，以合同和协议为线索，把营销活动中的各个环节有机地串联起来，实现了产品和经销商的动态管理，本文还提出一种基于WEB的产品售后服务系统模型，论述了故障模式，产品档案和产品售后服务故障识别及处理，并介绍了层次分析和基于知识库的用户服务决策方法。

| Abstract: | The managing mode and the problem to the enterprise in the marketing activity are analyzed based on design and implement of product marketing management system, which has been used in CIMS system for the enterprise. A kind of solving scheme is put forward based on WEB. Each link in the marketing is stringed by contract and agreement, realizing the dynamic management of product and agency. Also, a kind of after service system model based on WEB is put forward, meanwhile, the fault mode, the files of product and the fault identifying and dealing are discussed. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process and the method based on the knowledge database are introduced for making a strategic decision. |
