直升机双线摆式吸振器的动特性研究

摘    要:双线摆式吸振器是位于直升机旋翼旋转平面内用来吸收该平面内桨毂纵、横向激振力的动力吸振器,能随旋翼转速而调谐。本文以桨毂安装多个相同的双线摆构成双线摆式吸振器为研究对象,从阻抗角度导出了机身/旋翼/双线摆式吸振器耦合系统的时域与频域运动方程,可求得在旋翼旋转平面内桨毂中心与双线摆质量块对桨毂中心外激振力的响应,并在其基础上重点研究了旋翼旋转平面内桨毂中心纵、横向所受激振力及加速度阻抗、吸振器结构设计参数和调谐等对吸振器减振性能影响的规律。本文结论对这类吸振器的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The bifilar pendulum absorber is used to reduce the inplane longitudinal and lateral excitation forces and it is mounted to the rotor hub of a helicopter. It provides a constant gearing of the absorber tuning frequency at any rotor speeds. The mathematical models of fuselage/rotor/bifilar pendulum absorber coupled system in time and frequency domains are built and analyzed by using the impedance concept, and the responses of the hub and pendulum mass can be calculated. The influences of inplane hub impedances and excitations in two orthogonal directions, its structure parameters and tuning on the effectiveness of vibration reduction are studied. Results are helpful for designing such a vibration absorber.
