| 摘 要： | 将疲劳现象视为存在于一个灰色系统中,提出了运用灰色系统理论,通过建立灰色系统GM(1,1)模型预测构件疲劳寿命的新方法。对某试件的实验数据进行分析和计算。结果表明,该方法使疲劳寿命预测误差由原来的61.4%减小到24.1%,预测结果偏于安全,说明该方法具有较好的预测精度和工程实用价值。

| Abstract: | The fatigue phenomenon is regarded as being in a grey system.By using grey systems theory,a new method for predicting the fatigue life based on Grey model GM(1,1) is proposed.The result of analyzing and calculating experimental data shows that the prediction error decreases from 61.4% to 24.1%,and the prediction is safe.Therefore,the method is proved to be practical for the fatigue life prediction in engineering. |
