摘    要:提出了一个考虑桨叶实际的挥舞和变距运动的旋翼CFD网格生成方法。该方法首先采用改进的几何法在桨叶表面生成初始网格,通过求解Poisson方程得出贴体正交网格,然后结合嵌套网格和动态网格的思想,给出了一种运动嵌套网格来计入桨叶的挥舞和变距运动.并针对嵌套网格中关键的贡献单元搜寻问题,提出了一种新的“伪贡献单元搜寻法(PSDE)”。该搜寻方法不仅可以适用于在结构网格中搜索贡献单元,而且不作修改即可应用于非结构网格,还可克服“InverseMap”法在结构网格中需要单独处理的奇异线(面)问题。

Abstract:A grid generation technique for helicopter rotor computational fluid dynamics (CFD) including actual blade flapping and pitching motions is presented. An improved geometry algorithm is used to generate the preliminary grids around the blade and the Poisson equations are solved to obtain the body-fitted and body-orthogonal grids. Based upon the moving grids and embedded grids, a moving embedded grid system is established to consider actual blade flapping and pitching motions. Aiming at the key identification issue of donor elements in embedded grids, a new searching scheme i.e. the pseudo-searching scheme of donor elements (PSDE) is presented. The scheme can be used to find the suitable donor elements in both structured grids and unstructured grids without any modification. The searching approach may avoid the singular line or plane problem of structured grids occurred in the Inverse Map approach.
