摘    要:基于有限元法建立了盒型梁桨叶的挥舞/摆振气弹稳定性分析模型,提出了多目标、多约束条件下的灵敏度分析方法,采用Satisficing Trade-off Analysis算法,实现了盒型梁桨叶气弹稳定性条件下多约束、多目标优化.最后完成了模型旋翼桨叶的优化与对比验证.结果表明:在气弹稳定条件下,在自转惯量、振动固有频率等多约束条件下,实现桨叶质量减少11.3%,应力减少3.7%的多目标优化,优化性能良好.

Abstract:The analysis model of box-beam blade with the stability of flapping and lagging is built based on the finite element approach(FEM).The sensitivity analysis method is provided under the condition of multiple constraints and objectives.The optimization is realized by using the Satisficing Trade-off Analysis algorithm.Finally,compared with the optimization result of the designed model,the result shows that the optimum solution results in a 11.3% reduction of the total mass of the rotor blade and a 3.7% reduction of the peak-to-peak blade stress under the constrainted conditions of blade rotating frequencies,autorotational inertia,aeroelastic stability and so on.
