基于遗传算法的高速磨削用量的优化

摘    要:在满足所要求的加工精度的前提下,高效率一直是磨削生产追求的目标。用遗传算法对高速磨削用量进行优化,可解决这个非线性问题,并且速度快,不易陷入局部最优解,可满足高生产率的要求。优化结果表明,生产率可提高8.3%,体现了这种算法的可行性

Abstract:Under the condition of meeting the requirements of manufacturing accuracy, high efficiency is the aim of grinding. This nonlinear problem of optimization may be resolved using the genetic algorithm. The speed of the method is high and it is not easy to jump into the local most optimal result. It may meet the requirements of high efficiency. The optimal result proves that the efficiency is increased by 8.3% and the method is feasible.
