旋翼模型试验的桨距操纵系统设计

摘    要:介绍了自行研制的一种族翼模型桨距电控操纵系统。该系统设计为主从计算机控制系统,主机为486主控计算机,位于主控制台,与其他系统共享;从机为三套单片机控制系统,位于自动倾斜器附近,用于驱动自动倾斜器。单片机的成功应用,实现了对模型旋翼桨距的电控操作。文中从总体设计、原理叙述、性能特点说明了该系统具有一定的新颖性和先进性。这一操纵系统已成功地应用于旋臂式模型旋翼机动飞行试验机(简称旋臂机),使旋臂机能够满足模拟直升机机动飞行科目试验的需要,并成为开展直升机飞行力学模型试验研究的重要设备。文中给出了总距突增试验结果。结果表明,该部分的研制是成功的,这一系统同样也适用于需要桨距自动操纵的其他设备。

Abstract:A pitch control system developed for rotor model experiment is introduced. Thescheme is designed as a primary and secondary computer control system. The primary one is486 personal computer, sharing the major control platform with other systems. The secondarycomputer is a three MCS--51 microcomputer control system, lying near the washplate and being used to drive the washplate. With the successful application of microcomputer, the "flightby wire" model rotor is achieved. The features of the system are introduced in such aspects assystem design, principle and specialities. This pitch control system has been successfully operated in Whirling Beam Facility(WBF). This part enables WBF to satisfy the experiment of helicopter maneuver flight simulation and makes WBF an important research device for flight dynamics of helicopter. The result of a collective pitch boost-up test is shown as an example, andproves that the design of the system is successful. This pitch control system can also be used inother facilities which need the automatic pitch control.
