密实织物伞形状和应力计算研究

摘    要:建立了充满稳定状态下密实织物伞形状和应力计算的理论模型。将充满的伞看成柔软的壳体,用力学原理建立伞绳(伞衣上径向加强带)和伞衣幅中线的力平衡方程。伞绳和伞衣处理成非线性弹性构件。考虑伞衣中线上的子午向应力,得到了一个双轴应力模型。结合伞充满状态下几何大变形的几何关系式,得到一组含6个微分方程的非线性微分方程组。从伞顶孔开始,利用伞顶处的边界条件,离散积分至伞底,校对伞底处的另一边界条件,如不满足再从伞顶开始进行迭代,直至满足伞底边处的边界条件。由此编成进行非线性迭代数值求解程序CSLAP。选用一具典型的平面圆形伞进行了验证,结果很好

Abstract:A theoretical model of solid parachute canopy shape and stress computation under inflation and steady state conditions has been built. The canopy under inflation is regarded as a soft shell, and the equilibrium equations in the radial member and gore centerline are established by mechanics theorems. The radial members and gores are regarded as non linear elastic materials. The meridional stress in the gore centerline is considered, and a biaxial stress model is got. Combining with the canopy geometrical relations under inflation, a set of six coupled ordinary differential equations are obtained. The iteration process starts from the canopy vent. The equations are integrally and discretely solved to the skirt, trying to match the boundary condition at the skirt. If converged, the iteration process is finished. The computer code CSLAP is developed to perform the analysis of the canopy shape and stress. A solid, flat, and circular canopy is calculated by CSLAP and good results are obtained.
