热障陶瓷梯度涂层材料的工艺及组织研究

摘    要:从材料梯度成分设计、制备工艺及性能检测方面介绍了氧乙炔火焰法制备Al2O3/Fe基热障陶瓷梯度涂层材料。与一般涂层相比,梯度涂层显示出更为优异的弯曲强度、结合强度、抗热冲击性、显微硬度分布及缓和热应力等性能。文中着重分析了成分梯度分布、热膨胀系数的平滑过渡及自发热金属的选用,是梯度涂层材料获得优异性能的主要原因。

Abstract:Introduces a process for making Al2O3/Fe based gradient coating by use of oxyacetylene flame method from three aspects: gradient composition design, technological process and performance testing. As compared to general coating, gradient coating has even more excellent performances in bending strength, bonding strength, thermal shock resistance, microhardness and thermal stress relaxation. It is emphatically analyzed in the paper that the main reasons for which the gradient coating possesses the excellent performances lie in its composition gradient, smooth variation of its thermal expansion coefficient and the adoption of seleheat metal.
