摘    要:目前大型机场拥塞问题日益严重.推迟飞机起飞时间,将成本较高的空中等待转化成地面等待,是进行空中交通流量管理的一个有效方法.本文研究基于人工鱼群算法的单机场地面等待优化策略并进行仿真,有效地减少了总的地面等待延误损失,说明该方法是可行的;通过与其他几种智能算法的比较,验证了该算法执行效率高、实用性强.

Abstract:To avoid more expensive delay in air,imposing delay on some aircrafts before taking off is an effective solution for more and more serious overloading and congestion in large airports.In this paper,the optimizing strategy for single airport ground-holding problem is researched based on artificial fish school algorithm(AFSA).The simulation result shows that the total delay cost is effectively reduced.Compared with other intelligent algorithms,the algorithm is efficient and practical.
