金属切削数据库系统的设计

摘    要:本文首先研究设计了金属切削数据库系统的总体构成,该系统包含从切削数据的采集、管理、优化到切削加工专家系统的多方面功能。并根据实际加工需要定义了各功能的具体内容和用途,分析了各功能块之间的信息传递关系。其次,在分析切削数据之间联系的基础上,设计了金属切削数据的实体模型(E—R图)。然后,用关系数据模型描述了切削数据实体之间、属性之间的联系,通过棋式分解设计了规范化的离散型金属切削数据库的结构。该结构包含切削用量数据库、刀具几何形状数据库、切削液数据库和单位切削功率数据库,由此组成的金属切削数据库避免了插入、删除异常,减少了数据冗余,提高了存贮和存取效率。

Abstract:In this paper, the composition of a machinability database system is studied, which consists of machinability dada acquisition, data management, parameter optimization and metal cutting expert sytem. These different parts have different functions in order to meet the practical requirements of machining.The relationships of information process in these parts are analysed, and then the Entity-Relation (E-R) diagram of machinability data is designed according to the analysis of machinability data. The concept structure and the logic structure of machinability database are studied and designed on the basis of relation theory. The machinability database consists of cutting condition database, cutting tool geometry database, cutting fluid database and unit cutting power database. Such a reasonable structure can raise the efficiency of the system.
