差压检漏系统仿真试验研究

摘    要:文章建立了差压检漏系统检测过程的数学物理模型,并通过系统仿真计算了不同容积基准物和被测物在环境温度变化的条件下的差力压和温度差,计算结果表明:当环境温度恒定时,大容积基准物比小容积基准物对泄漏响应值更大,对同一精度的差压传感器测试精度更高,当环境温度均匀变化时,基准容积越小,与被测物的差压值越大,温度差也越大,但可以用温度补偿的办法来计算差压。

Abstract:A physical and mathematical model for the testing process of differential pressure leak detection is established in the paper. The differential pressure and temperature response for non-symmetrical reference container and test container are calculated based on a systematic simulation method on the condition that the environmental temperature is not constant. The results show that a large volume reference is more affected by the leak than a small volume reference in the case that the environment temperature is constant. When the environmental temperature is uniformly changed in the testing time, the differential pressure and temperature of a smaller container is greater than that of a bigger one. The differential pressure will be corrected by computing the temperature compensation.
