| 摘 要： | 文章研究了层次分析法的理论基础,在此基础上以某型号总装过程为例建立了其总装过程质量的评价模型,并运用层次分析法对该模型进行了综合评价,确定了总装过程中对总装质量影响因素的权重,确定了总装过程重点控制工序,计算结果证明了该方法的正确性和适用性,为卫星型号总装过程的质量控制提供理论指导.

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and in terms of the assembly process of a satellite, a quality evaluation model is established. The comprehensive evaluation of this model is made by using AHP to determine the weight of influence factors on the assembly quality, and the key control procedures in the assembly process. The calculation results show the correctness and applicability of the method. |
