圆柱形红外加热笼优化设计研究

摘    要:真空热试验中,圆柱形卫星通常选用圆柱形的红外加热笼作为外热流模拟装置.文章对卫星表面采用圆柱形红外笼进行热流模拟时的到达热流进行仿真计算,分别选用不同的红外笼覆盖系数、红外笼与卫星表面的距离以及红外笼边缘区域大小等参数进行分析,得到了对圆柱形红外笼优化设计的方法以提高卫星表面的热流模拟均匀性,可以用于指导圆柱形卫星进行真空热试验时的工装设计.

Abstract:In vacuum thermal tests, the cylindrical infrared heating cage is usually selected for simulating the thermal flux on the cylindrical spacecraft surface. The distribution of flux on spacecraft surface is simulated with a cylindrical infrared heating cage in this paper for different parameters, including the cover coefficient of infrared heating cage, distance between infrared heating cage and spacecraft surface, and the size of the marginal region. The method of optimization design for the cylindrical infrared heating cage is used to improve the flux uniformity on the spacecraft surface in simulation.
