摘    要:太阳电池阵是航天器电源系统的重要结构部件。文章以某飞船的太阳电池板为研究对象,根据其在热真空可靠性试验中的温度条件,对太阳电池与互连片连接处的银焊点部位进行了热应力和热变形仿真计算,并与试验现象进行了对比分析,证实了交替变化的高低温会导致银焊点的虚接触,从而使太阳电池阵不能正常工作。该研究成果可为航天器太阳电池银焊点的连接设计和焊点的检验提供参考。

Abstract:As an important part of the power system of a spacecraft, the solar cell array is studied in this paper based on the temperature conditions of the thermal vacuum reliability test. The thermal stress and the thermal deformation at the silver welding spot between the solar cell and the inter-link chip are analyzed. The results show that the thermal cycling can make the silver welding spots separate or contact, so the solar array can not work normally. The results provide some insight for the design and test for welding spot of a solar array.
