基于5M1E的航天器AIT过程共性质量问题管理

摘    要:文章利用“5M1E”过程管理方法,采取“由下至上”与“由上至下”相结合的识别模式对航天器产品AIT过程共性质量问题进行分析,建立统筹解决、分级治理以及成果固化的工作机制对共性质量问题进行治理。利用这些综合方法对过冷器水堵问题开展了系统治理,取得了很好的效果,证明了5MIE 方法对于加强共性质量问题管理的有效性。

Abstract:In order to improve the management of common quality problems in the spacecraft AIT process, a process quality management method based on 5M1E(Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measure and Environment) is proposed, which adopts an identification mode of top down and bottom up, and the planning as a whole and the classification are used to analyze and solve the common quality problems. Combined with the actual work, a case is considered to indicate that the 5M1E method is effective for the management of common quality problems.
