摘    要:随着航天器负载对功率需求的不断增大,产品设计中对电机驱动电路的可靠性提出了更高的要求,而选用一体化集成电路是电机驱动电路设计的一种成熟方案。文章针对商用现货器件MSK4351的空间应用需求,提出了一种应用快速、可恢复电机驱动电路的单粒子锁定防护设计方法,通过模拟试验验证了该防护电路能够自动探测和迅速解除单粒子锁定现象;并结合设备的在轨工况开展了器件空间应用的单粒子风险分析,结果表明器件的使用风险可接受。目前已应用的电机驱动电路在轨工作稳定,表明该防护设计方法具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:With the increasing demand for the power of the spacecraft load, the reliability of the motor driver circuit becomes a more and more important issue in the product design. Using the integrated component in the motor driver circuit is considered as a mature method. In this paper, a method for the single event latch-up protection by using high speed and reparable motor driver circuit based on the MSK4351 is proposed, and the simulation test verifies that the protection circuit can make automatic detection of the latch-up and rapid release from the state of latch-up. The product''s risk of single event effect is analyzed based on its working state in the outer space, and the result indicates that the risk is acceptable and this motor driver circuit works well until now, which further proves that the method proposed in this paper has a value for the future engineering application.
