液态工质与示漏气体He的漏率等效关系研究

摘    要:研究密封管路液态工质与示漏气体he间的漏率等效关系,对提高检漏工作的准确性和可靠性有着重要意义.文章以环控生保系统中密封管路所用的液态工质(全氟三乙胺,乙二醇)为研究对象,对液体的流态及泄漏的相态进行理论分析,得出液态工质与he气漏率等效关系的数值区间,并利用质谱分析技术,采用金属压扁型漏孔模拟真实的泄漏孔隙进行试验研究.试验结果表明,液态工质与示漏气体的漏率比值在理论数值区间之内,流动过程中呈现两相流的状态,并且乙二醇的漏率要比he气小,而全氟三乙胺的漏率要比he气大.试验结果为研究液体泄漏过程及液、气漏率等效关系提供了基本方法和基础数据.
