QK型石英晶体微量天平频温效应的初步研究

摘    要:文章利用QK型石英晶体微量天平温度热效应模型,对其频温效应问题进行了分析,并通过温度一频率特性试验,对分析结果进行了验证.同时,为今后石英晶体微量天平的研制提出了建议.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the frequency-temperature relation for the QK quartz crystal microbalance and verifies the results by tests. Some suggestions are made for the development of the quartz crystal microbalance.
