卫星太阳电池阵平展试验的冲击测试与冲击抑制

摘    要:为准确测试卫星太阳电池阵平展试验过程中的冲击影响,降低冲击带来的负面影响,文章对试验过程进行仿真分析,设计了冲击测试方案以及冲击抑制机构,并以某型号太阳电池阵为例进行试验验证。结果表明:测试方案可对平展试验中产品所受冲击情况进行有效评估;使用冲击抑制机构后铰链处的冲击得到了有效抑制。

Abstract:In order to accurately determine the impact of the satellite solar array in its horizontal development test process, and reduce the negative effects of the impact during the test, a mathematical model is established for simulating the test process. The impact test scheme and the impact inhibition mechanism are designed. As an example, a model test is carried out for a certain satellite''s solar array to verify the impact effect during the development process. The results show that the impact suppression mechanism works well with an effective suppression of the acceleration at the hinges.
