摘    要:根据激光引信中线性阵列激光二极管的特点,应用基于CCD的二阶矩法进行光束束宽的测量,对测量中图像处理这一关键问题进行了讨论,重点分析了应用自适应积分法来获取光强分布二阶矩的最优积分范围.结果表明,此方法能够很好的完成测量.

Abstract:According to the characteristic of the linear array diode laser used in laser fuze system,the way of second-order moment based on CCD is used to measure the beam width.The image processing is discussed,which is the key component in the measurement.To mitigate the influence of CCD noise,a new adaptive integral algorithm is presented,which can obtain appropriate range to integrate light distribution.The result indicates this measurement method is feasible.
