摘    要:指出了对电子设备进行热评估的必要性,介绍了电子设备热评估测量系统的设计方案、关键电路、校准方法及误差修正,并给出了计算机处理软件的流程,最后举例说明了该系统在机载设备热评估中的应用。

Abstract:The importance and necessary of evaluating the thermal capacity of electronic equipment are firstly given in this paper. Then the design project, key circuits, calibration method and non-linear correction of electronic equipment thermal evaluation measurement system are introduced in detail. Also the computer system and correlative program are presented as well. Finally, the thermal evaluation of electronic equipment in airplane is taken as an example to prove the applicability of the method.
