摘    要:针对凸轮轴铸造过程中出现的缩孔缺陷,根据铸造工艺理论,结合计算机辅助设计并利用View Cast软件对原始工艺进行模拟,发现缺陷主要由于金属液在型腔中的流动速度太大,容易形成卷气。为了使型腔自下而上逐级顺序进行充型,将原来的封闭式浇注系统变成开放式浇注系统,即在浇口处形成一个阻流截面以减小金属液在型腔中的流动速度。模拟结果显示,该工艺能有效消除缩孔且对模具的修改量少,已经在实际中应用,并实现了批量化生产。
