摘    要:利用Z-Cast软件对铸钢托轮凝固过程的温度场和时间分布进行模拟,依据模拟分析结果对原工艺加以改进。通过采用添加保温冒口方法,改变铸件不合理的凝固顺序,使铸件在整体上形成了有利于补缩的凝固顺序;在不影响铸件使用性能的前提下添加补贴,建立补缩通道,有效地对最后凝固区域进行了补缩。通过改进工艺,最终消除了关键部位的缩孔缺陷,获得了优质的大型铸钢托轮件。

Abstract:The numerical simulation software Z-Cast is used to simulate the temperature and the time distribution during the solidification process of cast-steel riding wheel.
