Analysis on Outsourcing Supplier Management of Aerospace Products

This paper analyses the problems in the managements of aerospace product suppliers, brings forward the thoughts of the targets and management pattems of the managements of aerospace product suppliers, introduces the assertion of management principles, the constructions of assessments system of the performance of the suppliers and the data sampling and analysis modeling of the supplier, identifying and optimizing the suppliers, normalizing the procedure and assessment of the suppliers of the aerospace products, etc.
