College Class Management from the Perspective of Social Function

According to the educational sociology,school class has four social functions-socialization,selection,individuation,and protection.In universities and colleges,class is still the basic unit for students being educated.The social function of the class has its own contents and effect.By combining instruction with self-management,the professional education with career planning,and the life guides with psychological tutorship in class management,the social function class can be well performed so that the management level can be improved and the students will be better developed.
