| 摘 要： | 目前,贫困生作为高校学生当中的一个特殊群体,已占有相当大的比例。受到各方面影响,这一群体存在着一些特殊的问题,这些问题不解决,将影响高校的社会地位和未来发展。本文就如何做好高校贫困生的教育管理工作为中心议题,分析高校贫困生产生的根源,基于大量的学生工作实践,分析了存在的问题,同时给出了一些行之有效的方法与措施。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, needy students have become a special group among the college students and occupied great proportion in it. Influenced by all directions, some special questions exist in this group. If these questions can't be solved, they will influence the social status and future development of college. The paper mainly discusses on how to efficiently educate and manage the needy students in college, and analyze the cause and problems. Meanwhile, some good methods and ways are presented in the end. |
