| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了在未来二十年要全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标，如何实现这一目标，工作是多方面的，而高校贫困生正是人们应该关注的重点对象。本文主要从高校贫困生的消费现状、贫困生心理、国家资助体系等存在的突出问题人手调查分析贫困生目前现状，并且在前人研究成果的基础上，从国家宏观经济政策和贫困生自身方面提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | The 16th Party Congress has raised the magnificent objective of comprehensively constructing a well-off society in the following 20 years.Tremendous works remain to be done concerning how to realize this objective,and students are one of the major concerns.This paper investigated and analyzed the current problems existing in their consumption status,their psychological growth and the state subsidization system.Based on proceeding research achievements,this paper puts forward some related measures regarding the state macroeconomic policies and students' personal development. |
