磁液悬浮式离心血泵的性能仿真分析与实验研究

摘    要:本文提出一种新型的磁液悬浮式离心血泵,对该产品的基本结构和工作原理进行了介绍。通过流场仿真软件AnsysCFX对血泵内部流场进行仿真分析,借助实验方法对仿真结论进行验证,为磁液悬浮式离心血泵的设计及改进提出了理论依据。现阶段,该产品的研制已取得很大进展。

Abstract:This paper presents a new maglev and hydrodynamic suspended centrifugal blood pump, the basic structure and working principle of the product are introduced. The simulation analysis of the internal flow field of the blood pump based on Ansys CFX is carried out. Also the simulation results are verified by means of experiments, then the theoretical basis for the design and improvemeut of magnetic liquid suspension centrifugal blood pump is put forward. At present, the product has achieved great progress.
