| Abstract: | With improved market economic structure and deeper state enterprise reform, strengthening business management and upgrading scientific management is one of the important ways for hydropower construction enterprises to shift operation mechanism to make up deficits and get surpluses. Hydropower construction project is the essence of business administration, the principal sector of benefit and also a window for reputation. As a result, strengthening project cost management is a key factor in upgrading management and economic benefit for sustained and stable development of hydropower construction enterprises. |
